Lisa Blume, Jill Craig, and the rest of the Blume Group did a magnificent job selling my Chicago condo in a matter of weeks, all while I lived 700 miles from Chicago and while I often procrastinated and was hard to reach. Every step of the way, Lisa was keeping us on track: making my condo more presentable to buyers, filming and photographing the interior, interfacing with a magnificent attorney, coordinating with a handyman, a deep cleaning crew, cross-country movers, and junk removers, explaining legalities, and running a very successful open house. Lisa and Jill even confronted the junk removal crew when they tried to price-gouge me. (Then, a couple of days before the closing, Lisa returned my Wi-Fi router to Comcast, thus saving me $140!) This is the fourth home I’ve sold in 40 years, and it’s simply impossible to recommend the Blume Group any higher.
